Directorate change

The Board of Adventis Group plc (AIM: ATG.L) (the "Company") announces that on 27th October 2010 Peter Linnell, the Company's finance director and company secretary, resigned as a director of the Company with effect from the conclusion of his 6 month notice period. Mr Linnell will remain with the Company during his notice period in which time the Company intends to commence the search for his replacement.
