Placing to raise approximately £0.825 million

Adventis Group plc (“the Company” or “the Group”), the AIM listed marketing services group, announces that it has conditionally raised approximately £0.825 million through a placing of 4,351,600 new ordinary shares of 0.25p each (the “Placing Shares”) at a price of 19 pence per share. The Company intends that the net proceeds of the Placing will be used to provide the Company with the resources to pursue its growth plans.
