Peter Linnell appointed Group Finance Director

Adventis Group plc (AIM: ATG), the full service marketing and advertising agency, is pleased to announce the following changes to its Board. Peter Linnell will today become Finance Director and Company Secretary, while Allan Collins will move from Finance Director to non-executive director, and he is also Finance Director of Savills (L & P) Ltd. Rupert Sebag-Montefiore retires as a non-executive director from the end of the year.

Peter, an ACA, (aged 48), has worked in marketing communications for more than 20 years, of
which the majority was spent at Grey Global Group, where he held various operational roles
overseeing advertising, media, PR and other marketing services companies, latterly as Chief
Financial Officer of Grey’s EMEA and UK operations, with responsibility for operations generating revenues of over $500m.

He joined Adventis Group plc – which provides services to the property, healthcare and financial services
industries, and whose clients include Savills, Hammerson, the Prudential, Marriott, Lincoln
Financial Group, Sanofi Pasteur and Allergan’s flagship product, Lumigan – from Lowe &
Partners where he was London Chief Financial Officer, with additional responsibility for the
financial operations of the Western European market.
