Trading Statement

Following a positive outlook reported by the Company in its Interim Results announced on 19 September 2005, the Board is pleased to report that Adventis Group plc has had a very busy and successful year and trading has remained strong, with good growth in sales and profitability, both organically across all or our businesses and through acquisition.
